How can I fix the problem I keep getting when I try and start WAMP it gives me an error saying: Could not? execute menu item (internal error) [Exception] Could not preform service action: The service has not been started

Please help! I dd all this, but the problem came when I entered my router’s IP address from cmyip.com. It just pulls up a page that says “User Login – Failed Access permission is currently denied”! What do I do????
